Q. What type of files do you need for my artwork?

A. We prefer Adobe Illustrator,  not Adobe Photoshop. Please Make sure you supply your files as .eps or high res .pdf format.

Q. Will the colours be the same as my monitor?

A. It is very difficult to get an exact match. Getting accurate colours requires matching with pantone or CMYK pantone reference guides.

Q. What size should we prepare artwork?

A. At least 50% of original size – or more ideally 25% of original size. Please contact us to discuss this if you are unsure.

Q. Do you accept files in RGB format?

A. We ideally need CMYK files that will accurately produce the colours you are expecting from your artwork. We can convert RGB for you but there is a small fee for this service.
